Angraecum distichum is a miniature to small-sized, hot to cool and humid growing epiphyte. It is known for its unique, flattened leaves that are arranged in a two-rowed or "distichous" pattern, giving it a braided or chain-like appearance. 

• Light: Prefers bright, indirect light. It can tolerate some direct morning or late afternoon sun, but strong midday sun should be avoided.
• Temperature: This orchid thrives in warm to cool growing conditions, with a temperature range of 15-27°C (59-80°F) during the day and 13-18°C (55-65°F) at night.
• Humidity: High humidity is crucial, with levels between 60-80% being ideal.
• Watering: Keep the substrate consistently moist but not waterlogged. Allow the top layer to dry slightly between waterings. This plant can be grown mounted or in a pot with a well-draining mix.

Additional Notes

• Floral Characteristics: This orchid produces many small, solitary, pure white flowers that are fragrant. The blooms appear sequentially from the base of the leaves and have a delicate, spicy or jasmine-like scent, especially in the evening.
