Sent the requested info and never got a response. Thrips and a missing plant from the order pictures of everything and packing list sent, no response.
I have rarely been so angry and disappointed. I ordered 8 bags of Power grade Orchiata bark. After 10 days, I got one bag of the small bark - two sizes too small. After a 2 week delay and several emails, I got 4 more bags, also the wrong size. The bags were simply wrapped in flimsy garbage bags and two were torn. If I could give zero stars, I would.
One leaf is mature and the other is almost mature. Was hoping for more leaves, oh well. Very healthy so far, minimal damage from shipping.
The photo is of a younger plant, the one I received was larger and more mature. The biggest leaf wasn't hardened yet so there are a few dings from shipping, but overall very satisfied!
