Angraecum Ecuagenera

Angraecum Ecuagenera Culture

The Angraecum Ecuagenera is an exceptional miniature orchid hybrid created from the cross of Angraecum didieri and Angraecum conchoglossum, combining the best characteristics of both parent species to produce a compact, floriferous plant with charming white flowers.
  • Light: Bright, indirect light is essential. Avoid direct sunlight which can damage the succulent leaves typical of miniature Angraecums.
  • Temperature: Warm temperatures are preferred, with a minimum night temperature of 65°F (18°C) and a maximum day temperature of 85°F (29°C).
  • Humidity: High humidity levels are crucial, ideally between 70% and 85%. This miniature epiphytic orchid requires consistent moisture in the air to thrive.
  • Watering: Water thoroughly but allow good drainage. As a miniature epiphytic species, it requires excellent air circulation around the roots and should never sit in waterlogged conditions.
Additional Notes
  • Hybrid Characteristics: This hybrid combines the compact size of A. didieri with the flowering traits of A. conchoglossum, creating a miniature orchid with delicate white flowers and classic Angraecum fragrance.
