Wrong plant

I purchased 4 plants 3 of witch were the right ones,but the one I did the purchase of came wrong, I got a shomburgkia crispa instead of the laelia siperbiens alba.
Im trying to contact Ecuagenera,email, massage and phon call but no answer from them .I'll make another review when they contact me and fix this problem
