Even in below freezing temperatures in the middle of winter, my plant arrived in amazing condition! Plant was wrapped up very safely in a well insulated package and the heat pack was still warm when it got here!
I bought several plants and all arrived healthy and happy! Packaged well, there was minimal leaf damage , which is to be expected when shipped. Very pleased and will certainly be back for more.
Shipping was good, packing was good. Plant not so good. After it arrived all leaves turned yellow and dropped. Hoping it is shipping stress. Maybe something will grow from the root ball, but don't have high hopes.
