Not thriving

Bought this plant at a local show. It was beautiful but failed to thrive very soon after bringing it home. The other three philos I bought at the same time have all struggled through immediate root rot, yellowing, and die back. Ecuagenera has some great varietals, but be prepared to face some heart break.
