Beautiful

I recently ordered a pastazanum philodendron from Ecuageneraus after reading reviews from trusted sources. I have been so happy with my purchase! It’s a beautiful plant. It had new growth as soon as it came. It was shipped to minimize time in transit and arrived very safely wrapped. Here’s a picture with its brand new leaf.

Not happy

Plant arrived in very poor condition. The roots were almost completely rotted. They were mushy and falling apart on contact. This was my first purchase and I was very disappointed.

Plant was not in good condition.

I ordered a pallidiflorum and left work to open the box within an hour after it arrived at my home and immediately took these photos. While your website indicates that the plant will have 2-3 leaves, this is not representative of the quality of plant you advertised and certainly not something you would advertise on Palmstreet. I was advised to send the plant back for a replacement. That was an additional $17 for a plant that should have never left their greenhouse! Very disappointed.

Well grown , mature plants

These plants I purchased were well grown and at or near blooming size.
Lately I have purchased plants that are "BottleBabies", a few times there were very small seedlings mounted together, Years to flower, hard to grow. Ecuagenera is a quality source.
