This rare alba form of the iconic Andean species produces spectacular large flowers with broad, fused sepals forming a wide triangular structure and short sepaline tails that create a bold, showy display. The robust growth habit and reliable blooming make it one of the most sought-after forms in the genus.
Additional Notes
The alba form is a naturally occurring white-flowered variant that is exceptionally rare and highly prized by collectors for its pure, elegant appearance. Best grown mounted on tree fern or cork bark, or in small pots with fine-grade bark mix or sphagnum moss.
