My order was processed as described by this company. My plant was carefully taped and wrapped, then boxed. Upon opening the box and removing the wrapping paper, the plant was beautiful and healthy. I’m very pleased with the plant and the choice to use this company.

They do such a great job packing these plants! I've never been disappointed! The heat pack lasted the whole 3 days while it was in transit.

Arrived in good shape.

I was hoping this was the variety I saw at my local botanical garden. However, the top of the leaf is a dark emerald green, not the lime green pictured. The leaf shape is also more elongated with less prominent ribbing of the veins than the heart-shaped leaf pictured here. The specimen received was a bit underwhelming. I guess the search continues.
