Alocasia Stingray
The Alocasia Stingray is a striking tropical houseplant renowned for its distinctive bright green leaves and uniquely patterned stems featuring beautiful mottled markings that create an exotic focal point with bold visual appeal.
Light: Bright, indirect light is essential. Avoid direct sunlight which can scorch the vibrant green leaves.
Temperature: Warm temperatures are preferred, with a minimum night temperature of 65°F (18°C) and a maximum day temperature of 85°F (29°C).
Humidity: High humidity levels are crucial, ideally between 60% and 80%. Using humidifiers or misting regularly can help maintain these levels.
Watering: Water thoroughly but let soil dry slightly between waterings. Keep consistently moist without waterlogging. Use well-draining soil.
Additional Notes
Foliage Characteristics: This plant has bright, glossy, heart-shaped green leaves. Its most unique feature is the decorative stems, which have mottled patterns that resemble stingray skin.
Plants received well packed and healthy but too small for the price.

received in poor health :(
My Alocasias arrived with an assumed pest issue. I reached out to Ecuagenera but never heard back which was disappointing. I was seeking direction on how to save them. They were incredibly dry when received and the leaves were yellowing and curling. I’m doing my best to save them but incredibly disappointed. Will not be placing another order

Very nice size with no signs of pests! All the leaves are healthy, which surprised me! Thank you very much!
Was not wild about the condition of the five orchids that I ordered over the phone from Ecuagenra USA but loved the six orchids that I bought two weeks later from the SEPOS show. Two were in spike one blooms. Thanks Ecuagenra, Robert M. Johnston
The plant arrived in perfect shape… the packaging was challenging but kept the plant safe. I let it rest prior to transplanting. It has not lost leaves and new leaf has opened. I hope it continues to be healthy and happy.
