Angraecum florulentum is a small to medium-sized, intermediate to warm-growing epiphyte native to the Comoro Islands. This orchid is highly valued for its compact growth habit and its ability to produce a profusion of flowers, often blooming multiple times a year.

  • Light: Moderate, indirect light is ideal. Direct sunlight should be avoided to prevent leaf burn.
  • Temperature: Intermediate to warm growing conditions are preferred, with a temperature range of 18-27°C (65-80°F) during the day and a slight drop at night.
  • Humidity: High humidity, around 70-80%, is essential for this species to thrive.
  • Watering: Water frequently, especially if grown in a pot. If mounted, it may require daily watering. The roots should be allowed to dry slightly between waterings, but the plant should not be left dry for extended periods.
