Anthurium Dragon Soul

Anthurium Dragon Soul

A rare and complex velvet-leaved hybrid combining Anth. crystallinum, Anth. draconopterum 'Pangui', and Anth. Cuyabeno Soul. This multi-generational cross delivers crystalline white venation, an elongated sculptural leaf form, and deep velvety texture — making it a standout specimen for serious aroid collectors.

  • Light: Bright, indirect light; avoid direct sun to protect the velvety leaf surface. Thrives near a filtered window or under grow lights.
  • Temperature: Intermediate to warm growing. 65–80°F (18–27°C); protect from temperatures below 55°F (13°C).
  • Humidity: 70–90%; high humidity is essential. A humidifier is strongly recommended.
  • Watering: Water when the top inch of substrate dries out; ensure excellent drainage. Never allow to sit in standing water.

Additional Notes:

Foliage is large, velvety, and deeply veined with white-silver patterning and an elongated form from its draconopterum lineage. Grow in a chunky aroid mix (bark, perlite, sphagnum moss). Fertilize monthly during the growing season. Each plant may express its complex parentage differently.
