Discover me in the Nursery:
A rare and exciting velvet-leaved hybrid bred from Anth. Magnificent Girl 'Inverse crossing' crossed with Anth. nigrolaminum 'Gigi', combining the large, velvety dark foliage and bold venation of its magnificum lineage with the deep, almost black leaf tones and striking contrast of nigrolaminum 'Gigi'. The result is a collector's aroid of exceptional depth and visual drama, with each seedling offering unique expression of its complex parentage.
Additional Notes:
Foliage is large and deeply velvety, with bold venation and rich dark tones inherited from both parents. Each seedling may express its complex parentage differently. Grow in a chunky aroid mix (bark, perlite, sphagnum moss). Fertilize monthly with a balanced liquid fertilizer during the growing season.
Maintenance: As a baby plant, repot according to growth until it reaches medium size. Provide adequate water, light, and fertilizer, but use less than for adult plants to avoid damaging development.
