Anthurium papillilaminum x Anth. Urban Oasis

A hybrid between Anth. papillilaminum and Anth. Urban Oasis with a spectacular color transformation: new leaves emerge in deep copper-bronze, then mature into large, rounded cordate leaves in dark blue-grey velvety green — a striking contrast between growth stages that makes this plant visually dynamic at any size.

• Light: Bright indirect light; avoid direct sun. Thrives near an east- or north-facing window, or under grow lights.
• Temperature: Intermediate-warm growing — 65°F–82°F (18°C–28°C). Protect from temperatures below 60°F (15°C).
• Humidity: 70–90%. Use a humidifier or high-humidity enclosure for best results. Avoid dry air from heating or AC vents.
• Watering: Water thoroughly when the top inch of the substrate feels dry. Use a well-draining, chunky aroid mix. Never let roots sit in standing water.
• Growth Habit: Upright; produces large, rounded cordate leaves stacked in a compact, symmetrical arrangement. Benefits from a moss pole or totem as it matures.

Additional Notes:

Mature leaves display a subtle blue-grey undertone with light yellow-green primary venation radiating from the center. The lightly bullate, velvety surface adds depth and texture. Burgundy petioles complement the copper-bronze new growth. Minor variation between individuals is expected.
