Ctenanthe lubbersiana variegada

This tropical beauty is cherished for its ornamental value and eye-catching contrast, making it an excellent choice for collectors seeking decorative houseplants that add exotic elegance to any indoor space.

  • Light: Thrives in bright, indirect light. Avoid direct sunlight which can fade variegation and damage leaves, but provide adequate brightness for optimal coloration.
  • Temperature: Prefers warm conditions with temperatures between 18-26°C (65-79°F). Maintain consistent warmth and protect from cold drafts.
  • Humidity: Requires high humidity levels of 60-80% with good air circulation to support healthy growth and prevent leaf browning.
  • Watering: Keep soil consistently moist but well-draining. Use filtered or distilled water and maintain even moisture levels without waterlogging.

Additional Notes

Also known as Bamburanta plant, features striking leaves with dark green veins against light green background. This variegated form displays enhanced patterning that makes each leaf a work of natural art.
