Discover me in the Nursery:
A rare and highly sought-after red form of one of the most dramatic species in the Dracula genus, native to the cool cloud forests of Ecuador and Colombia. This form is prized for its exceptionally deep, rich red coloration across the large, pendant blooms — a striking departure from the more common forms and a true collector's prize.
Additional Notes:
The f. red designation indicates a select red color form, with blooms displaying deep crimson to burgundy tones and the characteristic long, tail-like sepal extensions of the Dracula genus. Flowers emerge on pendant spikes from the base of the plant. Best grown in baskets or mounted to allow downward spike development and optimal airflow around the roots.
