Useful protection

As far as I could tell, no adverse events occurred during shipping so I am quite happy with the insurance package. If something had occurred - I am certain the insurer would have taken appropriate action. As for contents - I am not thrilled that the plant which was the primary reason that I made the order for was refunded (probably due to unshippable condition). If I had known - I would not have made the order. However, the impulse purchase arrived in good condition and was healthy, so I guess it was not a total loss.
