Epidendrum kockii

Epidendrum kockii

It is an orchid species known for its charming and delicate appearance. Native to Central America, particularly in regions like Costa Rica, this orchid features slender stems with clusters of small, fragrant flowers. The flowers typically showcase a soft pink to lavender hue, and they often bloom in succession, creating a lovely display. Epidendrum kockii thrives in bright but indirect light and moderate humidity levels. It's recommended to provide well-draining potting mix and allow the growing medium to slightly dry between watering. Regular fertilization during the active growth period can help promote healthy flowering. This orchid's dainty beauty and relatively straightforward care requirements make it a popular choice among orchid enthusiasts.
