I did not receive my whole order and as of today I sent multiple emails with no response. the anthurium decipien was damaged with missing and sliced leaves. However, it was packaged well so clearly they knew it was damaged before shipping. The anthurium insigne was not included in the box! No refund was proactively sent if they were aware that it wasn’t in stock beside a stange scribbling on the order invoice included in the box!I’ve ordered from ecuagenera several times and never have I seen such negligence. I’m very disappointed . This order was for a client. I never leave company reviews but this was just insane.

WOW 10 STARS!!!

My bat came with a flower! The plant is well over two feet tall, and though a little wilted, it had a beautiful, ink colored bloom. Big, healthy plant from Ecuagenera -as usual!

Gorgeous Plant!

I've ordered 40 anthuriums from Ecuagenera US and all have arrived in beautiful, healthy condition. My Crystal Sky was no exception - adult-sized with developing inflorescence, spectacular venation pattern. Shipping is always incredibly fast, arriving next day! I'm an Ecuagenera super fan!

Fabulous size

Ecuagenera always provides the best plants with excellent shipping

Love Ecuagenera…

Only four this time because orchid was not actually in the pot, plant was somehow on top of the paper (paper was taped inside the pot), and roots were drying out. Very unusual for Ecuagenera. This orchid is extremely hard to find so I’m happy to say she is finally starting to look better…
