I had posted a review of a one leaf Sarawak that I was charged 60.00 for. I called and emailed and was responded to promptly and they offered to let me ship it back (and supplied the label) and get a new plant or my money back. They refunded my card and I appreciate them making things right and being quick about it.
I just received my Sarawak and it is literally a one leaf cutting!!! I am furious about it because every picture shown is 3/4 leaves and I would have never paid 60+ for a one leaf cutting had I known. I have always been pleasantly surprised with the size of my previous purchases from here so to receive one leaf infuriates me. What a waste of money, do not order from Hoya from here stick to Etsy where they are way higher for the same price.
Arrived in fairly healthy condition. A little yellowing but still alive and well. Happy customer.
I was very excited for this plant. It came packaged well but very wet with 4 massive leaves. As soon as I unboxed it the largest leaf fell off with a black stem. I was devastated as all the leaves were yellow. Within 2 days, 2 more leaves fell off with the main stem turning black and the entire plant rotted. I emailed the company with no response, within their 3 days contact rule too. This plant essentially died on me. The leaves were so big and would have been beautiful. I have a few more hoyas I want to order but judging from this experience, I won't be ordering anymore.
Received a Gongora Aceras. Disappointed iin the quality of pant. Most pants I have received are maybe 1 to2 years from bloom. But, this pant appears to be a compot of small plants very tender, very small roots. (But healthy) Several years from blooming.
Plants arrived, well-packaged, healthy, and damage free. Will order from Ecuagenera again.
So big and beautiful! Very healthy and a new leaf is on its way! I LOVE the quality of plants I get from Ecuagenera every time!
I received a wonderfully grown, nice full Cattleya. Has a sheath and two new leads growing, dying to see the blooms on this one!
