Plant was not in good condition upon arrival. It was overly root-bound and should have been repotted much earlier. New growth was stunted as it had nowhere in the pot to grow. Media was decaying into soil. Old rotten pseudobulbs were also present. I removed dead roots and pseudobulbs and repotted with fresh media. Hopefully it will recover. Overall, I think this plant had been neglected.
