Orchiata is the best bark for my orchids. I repot all my orchids instantly with this bark and they thrive. The size is perfect to keep moisture and let air flow through.
I needed classic size Orchiata bark and Ecuagenera not only had it but it was a great price - I could not find it anywhere else. The next time that I am close to their facilities in Florida, I will definitely stop in - This was my first order from them and I was impressed.

Although the first plant arrived with several burn damage, the team was remarkably kind, efficient, and quick in sending a replacement. The new Calathea boasts a remarkably dense foliage, with an abundant number of well-sized leaves, all exhibiting excellent condition throughout.
Ecuagenera kindly replaced the plant after the first specimen arrived with burn damage. The size of the replacement is acceptable, although I had anticipated a somewhat larger plant. Nevertheless, it is in good condition and appears to be perfectly healthy. Given that this species is known for its rapid growth, I do not consider this to be a significant drawback in the long term.
First purchased failed due the plants arrived dead but after comunicate with the customer service they solved the problem very fast. The replacement is a nice healthy plant in perfect state that will adapt fast to its new home. Thank you.
