Phalaenopsis tetraspis 'Dark brown with White'' stem prop

When I received this orchid i noticed that it appeared weak and somewhat dehydrated. I took it out of the substrate to check in the roots and there were no healthy roots. All were rotten only one tiny stump which I and hydrating it from now was left. It seems that the orchid might not survive and at $30 dollars it is really not worth it to buy online since you cannot see the roots.
