Dead plants

I ordered 3 beautiful plants and 19 days later they are all about dead. Unsure what environment they were growing in but by the time I got them in soil they were already struggling. I order plants online frequently and this is the first time this has happened to me.

Plant in poor condition.

The plant I received was not well packaged and not in good condition. Some of the canes toppled out of the pot and I cannot say it will survive. Overall I am disappointed with the purchase of this dendrobium formidable orchid. Not sure I would order from Equagenera again.
