Plant wasn’t recieved

I ordered two plants. One of them just was straight up never sent. Emailed support and they said they’d ship one right away. That was over a month and a half ago, with no reply whatsoever since. I have had to start a PayPal chargeback to get my money back. Turns out shipping protection didn’t protect ANYTHING

I think this is the third time that we’ve purchased the Peruvian Sphagnum Moss from the Ecuagenera company. We use this moss for some of my son’s reptiles and have found the quality to be excellent as we have not had any issues at all. The price is good and the shipment very fast. I highly recommend this product and company for those who may use this moss in the same manner that we do.
