Bad packing, damaged.

Everything came in broken, damaged and ill packed. Who wraps plants with soaking wet paper towels in winter? I messaged with picks and no response.

They only sell and send strong healthy plants.they go through the least shipping damage or issues and arrive in perfect condition. customer service is also awesome as i reached out to them for combined shipping options a day or two after my first order and they combined my orders. awesome people and company and of course plants
