Did not received what I paid for

I bought two plants and they didn’t send the main plant Huperzia. I wasn’t contacted. Very disappointed with them. They sent me the invoice with clearly written X next to the plant not received yet I was not contacted. Also the Cissus discolor I received looks very bad. Will not come back and will share with the plant community in my area.
