This cross between Anth. Espiritu de Montana and Anth. papillilaminum makes a distinctive addition to a tropical plant collection. Provide a warm, humid growing space with stable conditions for healthy development.

  • Light: Bright, indirect light near a filtered east-facing window. Protect from direct midday sun.
  • Temperature: Warm-growing; 68–85°F (20–29°C). Avoid cold drafts and sudden temperature changes.
  • Humidity: 60–80%, with gentle air circulation.
  • Watering: Keep the medium evenly moist but never waterlogged. Allow the surface to dry slightly between waterings and use an airy, well-draining aroid mix.
  • Growth Habit: Upright, terrestrial growth with leaves emerging from a central stem. A moss pole is generally unnecessary; provide a small support if the stem elongates with maturity.

Additional Notes:

Elongated, heart-shaped green leaves feature rounded upper lobes, pointed tips, and a pale midrib with gently defined lateral veins. Leaf shape, color, and vein contrast may vary among individual plants and with maturity.
