It is a captivating member of the philodendron family, cherished for its unique appearance and tropical allure. Native to the rainforests of Central and South America, particularly regions in Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru, this philodendron species possesses several remarkable characteristics. What distinguishes Philodendron lehmannii is its distinctive foliage, typically elongated and deeply lobed, adorned with an attractive and intricate pattern. These leaves feature a rich green color with prominent silver or cream-colored veining, creating an eye-catching and elegant contrast. Often displaying a climbing or vining growth habit, this philodendron reflects its natural tendency to seek support and reach for the light, making it ideal for trellises or gracefully cascading from elevated planters. Highly esteemed by plant enthusiasts and collectors, Philodendron lehmannii brings a touch of tropical elegance and botanical charm to indoor gardens and plant collections. To care for it successfully, provide well-draining soil, moderate to bright indirect light, and consistent moisture, allowing it to transform indoor spaces into lush showcases of natural beauty and botanical sophistication.
This plant is beautiful! It has long leaves that almost feel pendant like the philodendron esmeraldense or patriciae, with slight divots/dimples horizontally along the leaves. Lots of aerial roots too.

Great plant!
Got this plant in the mail a month or so ago, and it was much larger than I’d expected. The plant came packed great, fast shipping, and my order was processed very quickly. Plant itself is lovely! Thank you!
My order was processed as described by this company. My plant was carefully taped and wrapped, then boxed. Upon opening the box and removing the wrapping paper, the plant was beautiful and healthy. I’m very pleased with the plant and the choice to use this company.
I was hoping this was the variety I saw at my local botanical garden. However, the top of the leaf is a dark emerald green, not the lime green pictured. The leaf shape is also more elongated with less prominent ribbing of the veins than the heart-shaped leaf pictured here. The specimen received was a bit underwhelming. I guess the search continues.
