I purchased this plant before they had a product picture uploaded. The product picture does NOT represent what I received. The leaves were 1/8 the size the largest leaf pictured. None of the leaves had any white variegation, but the stem showed white variegation. Several months and 10 new leaves latter, this plant has one leaf with a small streak of white variegation.
