Known for its large, broadly ovate leaves in bright glossy green with clean venation, and notably for its prolific flowering habit — producing multiple erect green inflorescences even at a young age, which is unusual and highly valued among collectors.

• Light: Bright indirect light; avoid direct sun. Thrives near an east- or north-facing window, or under grow lights.
• Temperature: Cool-intermediate growing — 58°F–72°F (14°C–22°C). Prefers cooler conditions; protect from heat above 80°F (27°C).
• Humidity: 70–90%. Use a humidifier or high-humidity enclosure for best results. Good air circulation is important.
• Watering: Water thoroughly when the top inch of the substrate feels dry. Use a well-draining, chunky aroid mix. Never let roots sit in standing water.
• Growth Habit: Upright and spreading; produces large, broadly ovate leaves that extend horizontally, creating a wide, open silhouette. Benefits from a moss pole or totem as it matures.
• Maintenance: As a seedling, this plant benefits from stable humidity and temperatures. Avoid sudden environmental changes and repot only when roots are well established.
