A great place to visit with a huge selection! You have to sift thru for the healthier looking plants, and prices are not necessarily "a steal" but I know no other nursery with a selection of their scale! I took my time and love what I got!
The roots are healthy, and the color is vibrant. The soil was hydrated, and it was packaged well.

I ordered two plants. One of them just was straight up never sent. Emailed support and they said they’d ship one right away. That was over a month and a half ago, with no reply whatsoever since. I have had to start a PayPal chargeback to get my money back. Turns out shipping protection didn’t protect ANYTHING

I was sent the wrong plant. They sent a Paphiopedilum and have yet to respond to two emails I have sent. Very poor.
Ordered a Brassia Rex to replace a dead orchid and while the picture indicated a flowering, if not in spike one, but wasnt, the plant arrived very well packaged for the current weather conditions, arrived in about a week and was and still is a fine and healthy looking orchid that I cannot wait to see in bloom!
