Hoya archboldiana 'pink flower'

I’ve been purchasing plant from you for along time, I try not to leave unhappy reviews but this time I really was unhappy and had enough of the poor packaging. Almost all the leaves on this plant were broken, it was packaged with no care, I know leaves grow back but can I get my plants with some fluff to protect the plant.Thank you

I was sad about how limp this one was when it arrived but it bounced back nicely
