The name "Encyclia cordigera white" would likely indicate that it's a variation of Encyclia cordigera with white flowers. Care requirements would generally align with those of Encyclia orchids, including bright but indirect light, proper humidity, and a well-draining growing medium.
Blooming or near blooming sized plant with six pseudobulbs total and new growth coming. No mechanical damage suffered during shipping.
The bad news: this plant has a very bad case of root rot. All old roots are dead and the whole plant was coated in a thin layer of algae, worst around the pseudobulbs. The media did not smell bad to me, but the pseudobulbs (or whatever was growing on them) smelled of rot. The pseudobulbs are wrinkled but still firm, so likely will be okay given some time and extra care.
As someone who frequently shops for plants online I was expecting shipping delays, or for the plants that I bought to be pretty dehydrated as is typical in shipping plants. I was surprised when the box came a day earlier than my given ETA but both the orchids were pretty hydrated and well cared for and established. The vanilla I got is so cute and was a pretty decent starting vine. I live the lime variegation one her and I cant wait for her to grow. Im very happy thank you EcuageneraUSA!

The bulbophyllum that I bought has multiple plants and I cant wait to get them out of acclimation period so I can watch these stunners grow.
Very pleased with the quality of the product and shipping. Have purchased from this vendor before.
This orchid will be shown for AOS judging this Saturday with 4 beautiful flowers in a spike. Award potential.
Although the first plant arrived with several burn damage, the team was remarkably kind, efficient, and quick in sending a replacement. The new Calathea boasts a remarkably dense foliage, with an abundant number of well-sized leaves, all exhibiting excellent condition throughout.
